2. Have big goals, derive them into small tasks

Upon acquiring the feedback of 1o1 and collective meetings, I aligned the goal of the department with the vision and mission of the organization.

We made sure that the department has had created S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measureable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-based) goals. Then we derived them into small tasks. We use the framework of OKR (Objective Key Result) to help us measure whether we reach the goal or not.

The following proportion points are the recommendation from BOD (top) to Operative (down).
