8. Know the tools
I previously used Google Sheet + Comment + Assign features to perform ‘relay run’ on Create Content — Design — Release process. But it was NOT enough! I sometimes did NOT notice that there are comments on the documents. It moves to spam and nonsense.
Then I discussed with the team and we decided to move to Trello. We successfully maintain the Trello board. One output, one card. If it is done, we can just put it on the done board that we created weekly.
