Suppose you are going to buy a book from a marketplace, Tokopedia. You search “Buku Lima Dasar Data Science.” You will be directed to the following link. I got two products and several related products recommended by the system.
Few days ago, I searched and listened to Kunto Aji and Joseph Vincent song in Spotify. Then today get recommended songs by the system. Most of the songs genre are almost similar. Acoustic pop and soft vocal songs.
Or, on YouTube, few days ago I watched several videos from Stanford about Collaborative Filtering, a video for my home exercise, and OverjoyedChallenge. YouTube recommend for me the followings.
Well, what are the algorithm behind this system?
