Producing creative digital output such as images, videos, digital campaigns, and so on required commitment and details. I would say that the works are like doing a relay run. If the communication between the parties is not well maintained, I guaranteed the frustration of the team. Thus, the system of requests must be built.

Using a system such as a request form and automatic email to serve external department requests is necessary. Making sure that the objective, details, assets are well documented. If miscommunication still persists, we can detect the root cause easier. Whether it is from the people, process, or technology.
