Why? Personally to maintain the writing and technical skill. But it is beyond that intention, which is leading by example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"8325\">I personally observe, if one of the team members does not perform, let\u2019s say, due to a lack of discipline, they do not deliver in time or lack of quality, one of the solutions is giving the example then giving advice. But if it doesn\u2019t work, you call HR, for further treatment. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"77aa\">\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"be61\">That\u2019s it from me. Thank you for reading!
