Radio tersebut mengetengahkan bincang-bincang yang menarik. Ada seorang dokter jiwa yang memberikan penjelasan terkait bagaimana jiwa tetap waras meskipun sudah lebih dari enam bulan WFH. Nama beliau adalah dr. Guntara, Sp. KJ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intisari dari diskusi itu ada dua hal. Hal pertama adalah kita mesti&nbsp;<strong>menerima<\/strong>&nbsp;bahwa&nbsp;<em>stress<\/em>&nbsp;tidak bisa kita hindari. Cara kita merespon tiap individu berbeda-beda. Sebaiknya dilatih agar pengelolaan&nbsp;<em>stress<\/em>&nbsp;tetap baik. Macam-macam caranya. Aku tidak akan bahas detail di sini.
